How to stop athletes from protesting during National Anthem

1.  Increase funding on every level to our police for training, both initial and ongoing.  Provide help funding body cameras and non-lethal weapons.
2.  Increase recruitment of persons of color to become first responders and law enforcement officers on all levels.
3.  Use more education dollars for vocational, technical and computer programs.  Set up more internships and on the job training programs that also provide college or high school credit.
4.  Decriminalize possession of small amounts of controlled substances.  Misdemeanor possession violations punished by fines or equivalent amount of community service.

What we all can do to help:
1.  Stop buying illegal drugs.
2.  Shop more at minority owned businesses.
3.  Don't take someone protesting as a personal attack on you or your country.
4.  Keep discussions civil, don't question someone else's patriotism, motivation, education or sanity, just because you disagree with them.
