NRA sues Florida over raising age to purchase rifles

Age of Majority is left up to the states to determine.  At this time the AOM for Florida is 18.  Therefore, unless they change that in the Florida Constitution, raising the age for rifle purchase could be considered unconstitutional.  Unlike alcohol, the right to bear arms is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.
